What are TechnologyOne User Groups?
- Our User Groups provide you with additional tools to get the most out of your TechnologyOne software. They're a chance to engage with other TechnologyOne users and hear their implementation journeys – what worked, and what didn’t, and exchange solutions for more efficient workflow.
Why attend a TechnologyOne User Group?
- At our User Groups you will be able to speak one-on-one with our product and industry experts, get dedicated time with our support team, learn from other TechnologyOne users, and improve your experience of your TechnologyOne products and solutions by learning tips and tricks directly from the team.
Who should attend a User Group?
- All TechnologyOne customers can attend our User Groups, and we encourage them to do so. To ensure you get the most value out of the event, we advise you attend the User Group that is relevant to your industry, or attend our Product User Group, which is open to all industries.
What does it cost to attend a User Group?
- TechnologyOne User Groups are free for all customers. You will be provided with morning and afternoon tea, lunch, and networking drinks.
Can I attend more than one User Group?
- TechnologyOne customers are welcome to attend as many User Groups as they would like.
What's the difference between Industry and Product User Groups?
- TechnologyOne hosts both Industry User Groups and Product User Groups. Industry User Groups cater to the key industries we operate in – local government, higher education, State, Federal and Central Government, asset and project-intensive industries and health and community services.
- Our Industry User Groups focus on our industry solutions, and only include products that are relevant to those industries. These User Groups provide customers with insights, trends and roadmaps for our solutions and products relevant to the sector and allow you to speak directly to our industry experts and fellow TechnologyOne users. We encourage TechnologyOne customers to only attend the Industry User Group that is relevant to your organisation.
- Our Product User Group is industry-agnostic and will equip you with information across our product suite. TechnologyOne customers from any industry are encouraged to attend our Product User Group to get a greater insight into the roadmap for our product suite, as well as speak directly to our product experts and fellow TechnologyOne customers and learn tips and tricks on how to get the most out of our products.
Can I arrange a meeting with a TechnologyOne team member?
- If you would like to meet with one of our TechnologyOne team members, please reach out to your Customer Account Manager to arrange a meeting.
Where can I get tips on where to park, stay and dine?
- Information will be provided by our events team ahead of each User Group.
Can I book sessions across multiple streams?
- TechnologyOne customers can book sessions ahead of time and across multiple streams to ensure they get the most out of the event. This is on a first come, first served basis.
