What are TechnologyOne User Groups?
Our User Groups provide you with additional tools to get the most out of your TechnologyOne software. They're a chance to engage with other TechnologyOne users and hear their implementation journeys – what worked, and what didn’t, and exchange solutions for more efficient workflow.
Why attend a TechnologyOne User Group?
At our User Groups you will be able to speak one-on-one with our product and industry experts, get dedicated time with our support team, learn from other TechnologyOne users, and improve your experience of your TechnologyOne products and solutions by learning tips and tricks directly from the team.
Who should attend a User Group?
All TechnologyOne customers can attend our User Groups, and we encourage them to do so. To ensure you get the most value out of the event, we advise you attend the User Group that is relevant to your industry, or attend our Product User Group, which is open to all industries.
What does it cost to attend a User Group?
TechnologyOne User Groups are free for all customers. You will be provided with morning and afternoon tea, lunch, and networking drinks.
Can I attend more than one User Group?
TechnologyOne customers are welcome to attend as many User Groups as they would like.
Can I arrange a meeting with a TechnologyOne team member?
If you would like to meet with one of our TechnologyOne team members, please reach out to your Customer Account Manager to arrange a meeting.
