From our early beginnings with Dataworks in 1999 to the implementation of TechnologyOne OneCouncil, our business processes and approach to document management have continuously evolved. In this session, we’ll share our journey, and the transformation that has enabled us to better integrate business processes with document management. We’ll cover how this has strengthened our information governance, laid the foundation for improved retention and disposal practices, enabled the rollout of ECM Next Search, and prepared the organisation for the future.
