Description

Panellists: Panellists: Alex Jones, Academic Registrar, University of Lincoln; and AHEP,

The Lifelong Learning Entitlement (LLE) represents one of the biggest changes to higher education funding and learner participation in decades. It challenges institutions to rethink curriculum design, student administration, finance, admissions, and the learner experience to support flexible, modular study throughout an individual's career.

This panel brings together sector leaders to explore what LLE means in practice. Beyond policy, the discussion will examine institutional readiness, operational challenges, opportunities for innovation, and the role of technology in supporting lifelong learners. Panellists will share lessons from early planning, discuss areas of uncertainty, and consider how universities can prepare for an increasingly flexible higher education landscape.

The session is designed to provide practical insights to support implementation as LLE continues to evolve.
